Introduction
VNF series nanofiltration membrane element is used to remove organic substances, microorganisms, viruses and most of the divalent and multivalent metal ions in water, at the same time to keep part of sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium ions, it has been widely used in municipal drinking water, bottle water, food and beverage, medicine, bioengineering, pollution control and other industries.
Application
VNF series membrane element has good rejection rates for pesticides, herbicides, TOC and heavy metal ions. The rejection rate of VNF1 for monovalent ions is relatively low, and the rejection rate of VNF2 for the monovalent ions is relatively high.

Nanofiltration Element for Municipal Application: TAPU Series
Introduction
Organics, microbes, viruses and most of metal ions with two or higher valence can be filtered by Tapurim Series NF element, while sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium ions, etc. can be retained in the permeated water.
TAPU-LS Element is designed primarily for removal of organics while keeping most of the monovalent ions retained in the permeated water, and is applicable to removal of organics and inorganics from raw water with low salinity.
TAPU-MS Model has higher rejection rate of monovalent ions while maintaining a proper rejection rate of organics, which is applicable to the removal of organic and inorganic matters in mid-salinity raw water.
TAPU-HS has a rejection rate at 80-85% for chlorides, applicable to the rejection of organic and inorganic matters in mid and high-salinity raw water.
Application
-
This membrane element is developed by utilizing the technology of controllable porosity formation in separation layers, and is designed for waters with middle and high salinity to meet the requirements of healthy drinking water.
-
The use of brand-new LD (low pressure difference) 34-mil feed channel spacer improves the fouling resistance while reducing the energy consumption.
-
The entire series of elements have been officially authorized by “Hygiene Permit for Products Related to Drinking Water Hygiene Safety”, thus ensuring the safety of membrane element application.

Material Separation NF Membrane: MASE Series
Introduction
The material separation nanofiltration membrane is mainly used for the separation of monovalent and divalent salts in aqueous solutions, hardness removal, denitrification, and the separation and concentration of liquid materials, with a molecular weight cutoff of 200 to 800 Daltons.
-
MASE-SP retains some polyvalent ions while allowing monovalent ions to pass through, suitable for high-concentration brine purification.
-
MASE-SL allows monovalent ions to pass while removing polyvalent ions and organic substances, suitable for high-concentration brine purification, decolorization, and organic substance removal.
-
MASE-PS has a moderate removal rate for monovalent ions, suitable for removing pesticides, herbicides, and other organic substances in high-salinity water.
-
MASE-CR has a high removal rate for monovalent ions, suitable for recovering reverse osmosis concentrate with a salt content of 5000 to 10000 ppm.
Application
Uses patented technology (CN 207822812 U) for the U-shaped water distribution end cap, which distributes hydraulic load more evenly on the end face, reducing pollutant accumulation.
-
New LD low-pressure drop 34mil inlet grid, which improves anti-pollution capability while reducing energy consumption.
-
The end cap uses hot melt spiral welding technology to enhance the structural strength of the membrane element, ensuring stable operation of the membrane element under high-pressure conditions.
-
High-precision rolling technology, low permeate resistance structure, reduces the overall pollution rate of the membrane element.
-
Maximizes membrane element efficiency and effectively reduces operating costs.
