Applications

CDM/CDMF pumps are designed for a variety of applications from the pumping of potable water to the pumping of industrial liquids. Applied for liquids of different temperatures, different rated flow, and different pressure ranges. CDM is suitable for for non-corrosive liquids, and CDMF is suitable for light corrosive liquids.

Working Conditions

Pump units of the CDM/CDMF series are designed for pumping clean, non-explosive liquids that do not contain abrasive, solid or fibrous inclusions. The pumped medium must not be aggressive to the materials of the flow part.

Temperature of pump medium:

Standard version: -15 ~ 70°C
High-temperature version: -15 ~ 120°C
Ambient temperature: up to 40°C
Altitude above sea level: up to 1000 meters

PERFORMANCE CURVE

Following conditions are suitable for performance curve below..

All curves are based on the measured values of 60Hz; constant motor speed 3500rpm or 3540rpnm.
Curve tolerance in conformity with ISO9906:2012, Grade 3B.
Measurement is done with 20°C air-free water, kinematic viscosity of 1mm²/sec.
The operation of pump shall refer to the performance region indicated by the thickened curve to prevent overheating due to too small flow rate or overload of motor due to too large flow rate.
